Terms of Service

3dm Bank is a marketplace for Rhino3D .3dm blocks: browse the catalog, buy or download listings, and (if you become a creator) publish your own.

The service is operated by nanu design (enskild firma), Kungsgatan 37B, 753 21 Uppsala, Sweden. For support, use the contact form.

You need an account for purchases, downloads that require sign-in, collections, and creator tools. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Provide accurate information where we ask for it (for example a public nickname). We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Prices are shown on each listing in EUR. Buyers purchase Credits (prepaid EUR packs) via our payment processor; spending Credits unlocks a Paid block. We (the platform) are the merchant of record for Credit pack checkout. Credit pack prices include applicable taxes where charged.

After a successful Credit purchase of a Paid block you get download access (Rhino model and any included variants or supplementary files described on the listing). Delivery is digital. Unused Credits are spend-only and are not refunded as cash.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law typically ends once download or access has started with your prior consent and acknowledgement. If something goes wrong (for example Credits were spent but access cannot be granted), use the contact form. We may restore Credits where appropriate. Free listings do not require Credits.

When you lawfully download a block (free or paid), you receive a license to use that file in your own Rhino projects, including commercial client work. The same rules apply to free and paid listings unless a listing states otherwise.

You may not redistribute, resell, share, or re-upload the .3dm (or a trivial derivative sold as a standalone asset) as a product on this marketplace or elsewhere. Embedding geometry in a larger project you deliver to a client is fine; selling the file itself as a product is not.

Creators who publish public listings must also accept the Creator Agreement. That agreement covers ownership and listing rules for sellers; it does not replace these Terms for buyers.

You keep ownership of content you create on the service (for example nickname, profile links, feedback text, collection names and covers you upload). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and otherwise process that content as needed to run and improve 3dm Bank.

Do not post content you do not have rights to, or that is unlawful or abusive. Public block listings by creators are also governed by the Creator Agreement.

Most catalog Blocks are uploaded by sellers. We host and display those listings so the marketplace can run. We do not claim ownership of a seller’s intellectual property in their Blocks.

We do not warrant that every listing is non-infringing, complete, or fit for your project. Sellers who publish public listings must accept the Creator Agreement. We may remove or delist content that appears unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

Some catalog entries are Linked blocks owned by our platform catalog account: the Rhino model is fetched from an external source rather than re-hosted as a seller upload. Those listings are still provided as available. We may remove or correct them. Seller warranties and indemnity below apply to seller-uploaded listings, not to platform-owned Linked blocks.

When you publish a public Block listing, you warrant that you created the work or have clear rights to distribute the Rhino files and other listing materials; that the listing is accurate; and that the listing and files do not infringe third-party rights (including copyright, design rights, and trademarks).

You are responsible for claims that your listing or files infringe someone else’s rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nanu design (enskild firma) and 3dm Bank against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your public listings or from a breach of these warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We aim to keep 3dm Bank reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Listings are provided by creators; we do not warrant that every file will meet your project needs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where we may limit liability, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Courts of Uppsala have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights where you live.

We may update these Terms of Service. The effective version string at the top of this page shows which text is current. We may notify you of material changes through the site or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version, except where law requires a different process.
